Accessorize your Solwave G1-RCO-H rapid cook ventless oven with this Solwave expanded accessory starter kit. This kit comes with everything you need to use and clean your oven effectively. It includes a 32 oz. bottle of Blast liquid oven and grill cleaner, a 32 oz. bottle of Oven Guard oven protectant, a 12" round cordierite pizza stone, an aluminum 11 3/4" x 11 7/8" paddle peel, an 11" x 11" loose weave mesh non-stick basket, and a 12" x 12" solid non-stick basket.
The Blast liquid oven and grill cleaner helps remove oil and grease from your unit. This cleaner is fast-acting for quick and easy sanitation with an odorless formula to keep harsh chemical smells out of your kitchen. To use Blast on ovens or grills, simply warm equipment to a low temperature and spray or brush all surfaces. Allow cleaner to soak for several minutes and rinse thoroughly.
The oven protectant is specially formulated to keep your oven cleaner, longer! It forms a protective barrier between the walls of your oven and cooking byproducts such as fat, grease, oil, and food particles. Simply apply it to your new oven prior to use and after every cleanup, using the included sprayer to easily disperse the product. Do not apply it to oven door glass or any surface that will have direct contact with food. Once the oven has cooled down, remove the cooking tray or stone and clean the oven thoroughly. Spray a thin layer of Oven Guard on all interior surfaces, avoiding the back of the oven and any area where air is forced through.
The pizza stone allows you to create a crispy crust that your customers will love. It is made of cordierite stone, and it boasts a thick, porous construction to ensure excellent heat retention. The included paddle peel is sized to fit inside the oven cavity to provide an easy way to remove baskets of fresh-cooked food without exposing your hands to the intense heat of the oven's inside, thanks to the sturdy handle design. Made from durable, light weight aluminum, it is easy to handle, too.
The included baskets features a loose weave mesh design that's ideal for general purpose cooking of items like sandwiches or flatbreads in addition to foods that require a larger mesh to produce a crispier, golden bottom, while the solid design is perfect for containing juices and sauces from messy items like chicken wings. The solid basket also prevents your food from dripping into your oven. The mesh design enables increased air circulation throughout the oven cavity when compared to solid baskets, which allows for even cooking and better browning. Both baskets feature sturdy raised sides, so your products are less likely to slide off or fall out during loading and unloading. Additionally, both are made from a durable, non-stick PTFE-coated fiberglass material that cleans up easily and is perfectly suited for handling your messiest foods.
