I like this corrugated sheet pan for presentation or using it for packaging for my breads, it is very sturdy, besides that i don’t want to use this for baking in the oven. It emits burn paper odor while baking i can’t smell the freshly baked breads because of the odor. But the odor didn’t affect the taste. I just don’t like the smell of burnt paper in my kitchen.

These are a decent pan as long as you aren't baking anything that has any height. I could only fill them so full and felt like although they are labeled a 9x13 they are definitely not the same size as a 9x13 metal cake pan. I won't use them to bake in anymore as I feel like I'm cheating my customer on quantity - now they are used for boxing up cookies or dessert bars to go.

My only complaints are that the release chatracteristics aren't what I expected, and I feel like they impart a papery taste to the product.
