I am using this paper pan for banana loaf or lemon loaf and coffee cake loaf at my bakeshop. They make a good small but sharing size. I cut them into 5 pieces. Ok price. I would buy a bigger bulk size if they offered.
I purchased these to make carrot cake loafs. They have been sturdy enough to keep from falling apart. I highly recommend do a quick spray of a release spray to keep from sticking for a easy release.
These are wonderful to use at Christmas time to bake and take to your friends and family. The containers hold up well during baking and look so pretty when you are finished. Just add a clear bag and a tag and you have the perfect gift.
These are a great product for the holidays. We make mini loaf cakes to sell in them and they hold up great and look really good. Nice product.

They worked good, mine put off a smell when baked that I worried always gonnaake the items taste funny. It didn't. But did smoke slightly. Not to noticeable.
These loaf pans great! They are the perfect size, and hold up nicely. I made a cake and put some dense ganache style frosting on it with no issues. Great presentation too. I took one of the cakes out of the pan without breaking it, and I didn't have to use nonstick spray. Will definitively buy again.
Love these disposable loaf pans. We make brioche loaves in them and sell as is. No mess. It makes a great presentation and is easy to use.
I use these for packaging of my banana custard bread pudding and it works great, since my customers can opt to reheat the dessert right in its package. Just a warning though, don't try to bake anything too wet in these, as their compostable nature won't allow it. A great product when applied correctly, and great for breads.
I've seen these miniatures loaf pans used on food network and was excited to try them out. The inside has a waxy coating on it and I think they'll be perfect for small loaves of banana bread.
These are nice disposable loaf pans. I bought a few along with some disposable tart pans and I think they'll be perfect for holiday baking.
These are absolutely great. Exactly what I was look for to avoid washing too many pans after a long day of baking. I prefer these to aluminum pans, they are classier.
I have used foil pans in the past and still do so I was hesitant to use paper loaf pans. The pans performed well and held up to my sweet breads which are heavier than yeast type breads.
These paper pans have been great and they really add to our products. We have sold more since we began to package in these paper pans. They even freeze well as I have frozen batter in them and baked it off at a later time. It extends my shelf life of the the products and am really grateful for finding these at such a bargain price. I use with the lids and then heat seal them. I will be buying again once I run out of the first two cases, which is coming up soon.
I haven't tried baking anything in these yet, but they sure made quick work of putting together cookie gifts for the holidays. I just lined them with parchment, arranged cookies and treats inside, popped the whole thing in a loaf-size decorative cello bag, tied with a pretty ribbon, and BOOM! done.
I was really excited to purchase these to sell our loaf cakes/pound cakes for a local event. Unfortunately they did not work like I had hoped. The first batch in the oven ended up making a complete mess as the sides came unglued in our oven, resulting in a loss of batter and a huge pain to clean up. They were initially on a cookie sheet in the oven. I ordered a bunch and didn't want to waste them, so I tried again by putting them in a cake pan. I was able to fit 3 in a 9x13 and even if they came unglued, it wouldn't lose shape. This saved me from a total loss. However, when the cakes bake in these, they are a completely different consistency than when they're baked in ANY other pan. The results are astounding. The sweet breads/cakes, etc do no rise like they should and you are just left with a crumbly cake. This is not due to any change in the recipe as I baked my same cake side by side in these pan and using a metal pan and a ceramic loaf pan. Big waste, if you order them buy a small amount to try first, I'm now stuck w a case that I can not use for the purpose intended for.Thank you for your review! We're sorry to hear you don't like your loaf pan. These are designed as bake and display containers. But you aren't stuck with pans you can't use. According to the manufacturer, using a simple Release Spray or Baking Liner should do the trick and keep the loaf from getting stuck.
