I use these in the microwave to quickly "fry" six slices of bacon (four in the middle, two almost standing on the sides), all slightly overlapped. Cover with paper towel, micro on high for 4 minutes. Remove. The bacon continues to fry in the drippings. If your oven is not high wattage, you might need 20 or 30 seconds more. The baking pans are great for microwaving a few scrambled eggs too. Four to six xlarge eggs, a splash of heavy cream, salt, some bacon drippings and or butter. Well whisked. 70% power for a minute, stir, paying attention to corners of the pan. Another minute, stir, another minute. Important to undercook, leave very wet when removed from microwave, but mostly done. They continue to cook, stir well, mixing wet eggs in middle well with dry ones around edges of pan. Let sit for a minute and they're done. And no skillets to wash! I share the bulk order of these baking pans with friends who love them too. Oh, they're good for baking gluten free, low carb, sugar free brownies too.

I use this aon for small cakes and cheesecakes. It is a lot better than the typical aluminum pans found in stores. My baked goods bake beautifully with no damage to this sturdy pan.
