I ordered these as a replacement for the black Solut cookie/pizza trays that we use 50 or more of a month, as they were out of stock. I do not recommend these kraft trays if you plan to use them to bake in. My customers are complaining of having our take and bake pizzas sticking to the pan once baked in these. The black pans bake up beautifully with no sticking. The kraft pans also show butter/grease terribly when used to bake cookie cakes or any other items that have a high butter or oil content. Ended up with a very unprofessional looking product once it came out of the oven. The lid is also too short to allow for extra pizza toppings, or for icing on cookie cakes. Do not recommend.
