This Shortening Shuttle® BOSS filter machine provides an all-in-one solution to filter and dispose of used waste oil from your commercial fryer! With a 95 lb. capacity, this unit will filter your deep fryer oil and help safely transport used shortening and oil once it is no longer usable. Its hinged cover reduces the likelihood of dangerous splashes and spills that can cause accidents. This unit is designed to work with any fryer with a minimum drain height of 11".

Cordless Operation
This model's high-temperature pump is powered by a rechargeable 18V lithium-ion battery, allowing for cordless operation and greater freedom of movement. This design also enables faster oil changes and fewer trip hazards. After cleaning and flushing the fryer vat, the pump only takes 3-5 minutes to fill most vats with filtered oil! A charger and an additional spare battery are included to eliminate downtime.
Durable Construction
This container boasts a heavy-duty welded 0.1 aluminum frame, while its 2 wheels and its blue polyurethane handle make it easy to roll the unit from place to place, even on rough terrain. Accessories Included
This unit achieves 2-stage microscopic filtration using a basket filter to capture large debris and a canister filter to remove fine particles. Both filters are made of stainless steel, offering a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to paper filters. They are also dishwasher safe for reliable durability and low maintenance. An extra canister filter is included for added convenience when one is in the dishwasher. Better yet, the BOSS also comes with 1 pair of gloves, 1 pair of glasses, and an apron to ensure safe use!
