Individual thermostatic temperature controls for each drawer provides a wide temperature range between 80-220 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing you to keep a variety of foods warm at safe serving temperatures all day. The thermostatic controls will automatically turn off and back on when there is a 3 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit drop in temperature. This drawer warmer features 1350 watts of heating power and requires a 120V electric connection.

The drawer is easy to pull out. It feels warm outside if you put your hand against it but once you open it up you can feel how hot it can really get. Great for keeping our bread rolls nice and warm
