Overall, we're happy with this. It doesn't heat as fast as our old one and the plug-in for it was ridiculously hard to fit (a weird shape that the big box hardware stores could tell us how to use.) Finally had to resort to a specialized electrician to wire it in for us. And the prep board on it was too narrow so we put the one from our old steam table on it and it works okay.
