ServIt EST-5WE Five Pan Open Well Electric Steam Table with Undershelf - 208/240V, 3750W

Not a good product. Replaced once almost right away when one of the bays stopped working (WebstaurantStore shipped a replacement). But the new unit has had the same ongoing issues over the last year. One at a time, the bays stop working. They aren't wired well, so the connections come loose or corrode. But after a year or so, we have had to repair this unit 5 or 6 times. In the long run, spend more now and save down the line.

Does not keep product hot enough.

We use it for keeping food hot and it does keep its job. For the price we paid we can definitely recommend it.

This table is actually dangerous. Standard hotel pans don’t fit correctly and the pans slip and fall into the wells. I’ve tried several different types of pans, stacked pans and adjusters but nothing works. I’m afraid to use this table for fear of injury.

Although this steam table has definitely served its purpose for our restaurant. If it gets the least amount of water on the elements, they will cause a breaker to flip . But after drying they always work

Purchased this table April 6, 2019. It is out of warranty. 1 compartment stopped working about 6 months ago. Temperature control only stays on High all the time, even on low setting. 2 weeks ago a second compartment broke as well. I am down to 1 compartment working only!!! I’m sure this one will break also.

Two pan steam table that works as good as the more expensive ones. No issues at all, gets the job done for less. Just had to experiment a little to get the right temps for the right food. Once we did that it was very solid equipment.

Great little electric steam table with an option to hot hold using dry heat or steam with a spillage pan. Keeps food hot for hours!

This has been keeping my food nice and hot. It's hard finding the part to replace, but I still have 4 more burners and I'm making it work.

Item is as advertised on their website. Item has plenty of space for storage of product. Item looks to be a little weak. Cutting board is a hard to remove for cleaning.

Just purchased this item it was really easy to put together it didn't take long at all. I like that it uses less wattage for my food truck.

Excellent steam table. Can be used wet or dry. Easy to assemble and deliver was fast. Have used this for about 3 months without any issues.

Very sturdy and stable table. Keeps all of our product Hot and fresh. From are donuts to our icings. Fast and Speedy shipping arrived in just a few days

Works perfectly and I love that I can move it to any outlet in the kitchen! We also like that we can use it dry or with an insert for steam. The undershelf comes in handy to hold extra pans. The Board front gives you somewhere to put plates and take out boxes.

This steam table was built great and i recommend this for people that are looking for this type of table gives u lots of space for deep pans and temperature level stays at peak

Since we're on a tight budget, this steam table had our name written all over it. Make sure you have the right outlet to accommodate the beastly plug. The cord isn't very long either so make sure that outlet is right behind where the steam table is going to go.

There are other name brand more durable but these will get the job done at a lower cost. Very good quality for the price. It heats up slower then our 220 but uses just 110 so it makes it easier to install in all kitchens. Would buy for the same price again.

I have four of these guys. They are pretty good. I feel the construction should be more sturdy but for the price they are great. You really cannot find a cheaper option than these so if you are on a budget like us then get them.. They are going on two years and no issues with performance.

These units look great work great but there are a few flaws the cutting service is not like a normal cutting board it is as smooth as glass causing anything you put on it to slide right off, the cutting service is also thinner and not as wide as other name brands steam tables also the brackets that hold the whole cutting board in place are somewhat flimsy, other then that the units are great they are dry heat replacement parts are very reasonable. we use them in several locations
