The Globe G12A 12" automatic slicer is a tremendously efficient choice for operations that require moderate slicing.
This slicer features a 40 strokes per minute chute speed to cut back on the time and physical labor investment required by manual slicers to give your operation a total boost in efficiency! An excellent mid tier addition to small sub shops and other medium volume operations, this slicer is specially designed to handle approximately 4 hours of cutting meat and 2 hours of cutting cheese per day. It can even be used to slice small amounts of cheese! Whether you need sliced product for sandwiches, appetizers, or even pizza, this unit's rugged construction combines with a powerful belt-driven 1/2 hp motor and 12" wide blade to quickly and consistently get the job done right.
