Touchpad Controls

It features three speed settings ranging from 15,000 to 26,000 RPM, and the timer can be set in increments of 30 seconds up to 15 minutes. You can blend two ways, using either a time and a speed setting, or if you prefer to blend by sight simply choose a speed and let your blender work until you've reached the desired consistency. And if you will be making the same recipe repeatedly, this blender makes it easy with a one-touch start feature that repeats the most recent time and speed settings with a single press of the "Start" button. When you need a quick burst of power to finish off a recipe or clear the blade area, it also has a convenient pulse button to throttle the unit on "High" speed.

Can I blend frozen fruit?
For the best results we recommend blending only fresh or partially thawed frozen fruit. If using completely frozen fruit, we suggest a ratio of 1 ¼ parts liquid to 1 parts frozen fruit on high speed.
Due to ginger's hard and fibrous texture, it is not recommended to use this blender to chop whole pieces of ginger. Instead, it is advised to use a knife or box grater to mince the ginger before adding it to the blender jar.
Yes, although we suggest chopping or mincing garlic before adding it to the blender jar for the most consistent blending results.
For best results, we do not recommend using this blender to make hummus. This blender is designed for creating various drinks, juices, smoothies, soups, and sauces such as salsa. We suggest using an AvaMix batch bowl food processor for making hummus.
For proper blending, load the jar with liquid and soft ingredients on the bottom and hard and frozen ingredients on top to avoid cavitation and ensure a consistent and smooth texture. For heavy-duty food blending, pulse the blender several times to quickly incorporate the ingredients and then switch to a constant blending speed.
Due to the metal construction of their drive components, blender jars are a hand wash only item. They should not be run through a dishwasher, and care should be taken to avoid directly spraying the bottom of the container with a high pressure pre-rinse faucet. For best results, clean the bottom of the jar with a washcloth and a mild detergent or sanitizer when needed.

Im been using this blender for 7 years and have purchased 4 of them which all have had the same issue that after 12-16 months the display panel shows an error IOU which is ironic really, so if you want a blender for a short time purchase this... But get the extra warranty but that counts the 1 year factory warranty and its with SafeWare not an easy process to call in your warranty claim. Shame on you Webstaurantstore. MasterChef ONeill

I've read the reviews re containers not being durable. I have not found this to be the case. I am not sure how thick of a product is being made, but I have had no issue with anything from a thin dressing to a thick smoothie, soup, or cream based topping / sauce. The motor itself is very powerful, and the end result is always smooth. I recommend this blender!

We use our blender a lot during the day at our coffee shop. It gets the job done and it was more affordable for us as a start up. However, it's hard to clean around the blades and it REALLY loud. We have tight quarters so I hope to upgrade to something different in the near future. It works though!
