This AvaMix 928BLJARPKIT 5-jar set is the perfect way to increase the versatility of BX and BL series blenders. Featuring 5 different colors including blue, green, orange, purple, and yellow, each jar has a large 64 oz. capacity that makes it perfect for large batches of soups, salsas, sauces, marinades, dressings, purees, batch cocktails, and smoothies! BPA-free Eastman Tritan™ plastic construction offers maximum durability that will accommodate both hot and cold ingredients. Each jar includes its own lid and blade assembly so that you can get blending right away.

The different colors on each jar are a great way to prevent cross-contamination in your kitchen. Use dedicated colors for specific ingredients or recipes on your menu to reduce the risk of transferring allergens or germs that can cause foodborne illness. It's great for restaurants, coffee shops, and bars that are looking to implement the USDA's Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) program too. Once assigned, your staff members will be able to consistently identify which blender jar to use when prepping for busy breakfast, lunch, or dinner rushes.

Each jar is marked with oz. and mL measurements for perfect measuring accuracy. The lid features a 2-piece design that allows you to add ingredients at any stage in the mixing process. This blender jar set is compatible with AvaMix BX and BL series blenders, and will also fit Waring MX series blenders.

What is the proper technique for cleaning my blender jar?
Due to the metal construction of their drive components, blender jars are a hand wash only item. They should not be run through a dishwasher, and care should be taken to avoid directly spraying the bottom of the container with a high pressure pre-rinse faucet. For best results, clean the bottom of the jar with a washcloth and a mild detergent or sanitizer when needed.

Garbage. We use our blender exclusively for smoothies and frappes and these jars just can't handle it. Gone thru so many broken jars at this point it's not even funny. Just pulled one of our newest ones out and it made it thru 3 smoothies before it cracked. Once this blender dies we're switching to Waring. Learned a good lesson about going the cheaper route. Speaking of Waring, their stainless steel jar fits the Avamix and is a good replacement for these junk plastic ones.
