this ice machine to last 6 months, the circuit board is faulted out and no replacement is avaliable to purchase on the open market.
I work on appliances as a hobby, this machine is poorly made and lacks quality compared to others offered by Webstaurant.
I have reached out to scotsman and have not heard anything back regarding a warranty repair. The QR code that links you to product registration does not work on their website and will not allow you to register your new ice machine. This is not a Webstaraunt issue, it is a Scotsman Ice Machine quality issue.
The thought that spending extra money on an ice maker does not guarantee a quality product.
