Don't waste your money on this Scotsman Ice machine. For the price, go with a different brand. Initially, after less than 12 months of very light use, it stopped producing ice due to a critical component failure. Just a few months later, the machine broke down again. I contacted “customer support”, who asked for additional information, only to later tell me the warranty had expired—just two weeks before, even though my initial report was submitted while still under warranty. This is a clear example of poor customer support. Look elsewhere, this company does not stand behind their product.

Purchased this ice machine, installed on 11/1/2018.........leaking oil from underneath on 11/14/18.......Will update with how the warranty service procedure treats us but we would expect a brand new machine to work for longer than two weeks!!

In approximately 14 months of use, the ice machine drain has plugged up 4 times, leaving us with a mess each time and an urgent repair situation, as the ice is not usable until we drain the machine, blow out the drain tube, clean the machine, and ice starts making again.

Scotsman ice machine is great. It makes the perfect size cubes and makes the perfect amount. We can always count on it to have ice ready for us to use for smoothies, iced drinks, and everything else.

Our center has never had an ice machine before! We love it - our staff loves having access to ice for their events and programs. No longer do we have to run to the store or rely on our fridge to make ice!

Works fine. There is a part that falls off every few months is very annoying, but otherwise keeps up ok with what we use it for.

We recently purchased this ice machine to replace a smaller version that was not able to keep up with our ice needs. Makes a lot of ice, sometimes feel like it makes it faster than other times. Also did not come with a mount for scoop. Overall working good.

It's good for the price. The ice is a little wet at all times but it fit under our work table so this was our only option.

Machine was producing good amount of ice then slowed down. Called them, they asked me how long is the cycle. I didn't change their set up.it can't fill up the bin bin to half. cleaned everthing , enought cool air coming in and out. (after about 5 month installed )

This ice machine caused us a few problems in the first few months. First, the ice production was inconsistent. Then, it was extremely wet. After a couple of service calls, it seems to be working fine. The service men billed me after they spoke with Scotsman about warranty. I would have thought the repairs should have been covered since It was recently purchased, but they weren't.

The ice machine works fine but the ice doesn't cut properly even when we adjust the settings to have it come out a bit on the thin side. However, we do fine crushing the ice with the ice scoop.

boy did we have some issues with this machine at first. luckily after a few months, many calls and a few repair visits, it has been fixed and now runs well.

Good value for an undercounted unit, we had a very tight space and this fit into it well. Scotsman is a relabel brand, and the cubes are of decent size. Air Cooled are so say to install!
