    These silpats work great. We use them to store our sausages on to keep them from reacting with the sheets pans we display them on. Easy to clean and durable.
    The Sasa Demarle SILPAT 12x16 is the king of all silicone baking mats. It's twice the price of most other silicone baking mats and twice the quality. It's a product you can get along without but once you take the plunge and buy yourself one you never want to go back. It's just more versatile than Parchment. No oil spots and moisture absorbed between batches of cookies like parchment paper. Stays put and lays flat with a nice strong grip onto the pan. Nothing sticks to it and its cleans up easily with little effort. It's well worth its price and a wonderful addition to any kitchen.
    The Silpat baking sheets are one must have baking mat that should be in all kitchens. It's easy to clean and nothing sticks to it.
