Check out these Silpat tricks and tips. Flexipan: Cut out your dough and use these raised molds to make cookies or treats that are bowed, perfect for filling with other delicious goodies. You can even drizzle your dough or sugar over the Flexipan for a dynamic presentation. Or, flip it over, fill the molds with water and freeze. then take out the frozen forms, dip in chocolate, and take the chocolate off to have beautiful chocolate bowls. Since you can freeze it, make frozen treats too! Use the Silpat liners to make macaroons. After piping the macaron batter onto the liners, you can bake them and they won't stick when you need to remove them. Use the Silpat Silform to bake baguettes. Put batter onto your liner and bake. Then use the Silform to form your dough. Use the liners to make isomalt sugar decorations. Sprinkle the isomalt between two liners and bake. Simply the best we use them for everything from making Choux to rolling out dough. Hand wash them each time they are used with Dawn soap and put them in the oven to keep them looking brand new


You cannot go wrong with the best mat on the market. They work like a charm and have no negative impact on baking cookies or pouring pecan pralines onto. Everything comes off perfectly. This was the best match for the #407HALF12G bakers man half size sheet pans.

I absolutely love this silicone baking mat. It fits beautifully into a half-sheet pan, it has straight corners for easy removal and it is very easy to clean.


We use these for baking cookies and freezing ice cream for ice cream sandwiches. Things don't stick to them and they clean up beautifully. The are a workhorse.

This is a great alternative to using parchment paper! It is very easy to clean, just wash with soap and water, and super easy to use! I think it will last at least 5 years


feel pretty good, quality is there, baked some cookies on them and did not stick at all, so this is def a great item to have

These silpats work great. We use them to store our sausages on to keep them from reacting with the sheets pans we display them on. Easy to clean and durable.

The Silpat baking sheets are one must have baking mat that should be in all kitchens. It's easy to clean and nothing sticks to it.


This SILPAT is great for making macaroons, cookies, bread... anything you don't want sticking, and don't want to spread. Flexible. Only downside is that they always seem to stay slightly greasy.

I've had this mat for years. Works great and nothing ever sticks to it. A bit pricier on than other available mats, but the quality is well worth it.


These are very helpful for baking cookies. No spray required, and it cuts down on the number of pans we have to wash. These wipe down easily with a paper towel.


So far so good! Did a lot of holiday baking and it has held up extremely well. Silpat is a very good brand and very durable.


This silicon baking mat changed my life! Not only is it a great substitute for parchment paper, but it's easier to use. Also, you're not throwing away anything at the end.

I've tried other brands of baking mats, but Silpat is the only one I keep coming back to. They may cost more, but they are definitely worth every penny! I used to bake with parchment paper several years ago but after trying the silpat mat, I happily converted to all silpats!


When baking cookies, potatoes, or anything that you don't want to stick, slipmat is the way to go! Works wonders and washes easily in dish washer !
