Regency Lever Handle Waste Valve 3 1/2" Sink Opening

Purchased on of these for each drain for our produce & 3 cpt sinks. Easy to install & works like a dream. Operates as stated. Great deal for the $.

Really not sure why these aren't just included with the sinks instead of the basket strainers! A huge quality of life improvement not having to stick your hand down into a basin full of water to drain a sink, also lets you easily slowly drain the basins to make sure that your drain pan isn't overwhelmed

What a great product. Half the price of a plumbing store. Easy install and is working great. Comes completely assembled, just need to install, took 20-25 minutes for each unit.

The quick and easy installation of the drain valve was great. So far so good on functionality, it was a little tight on the mechanism but seems to be loosening up nicely now.

Love it, so essential for 3 compartment sinks and proper sanitation. My team fills all 3 sinks at the beginning of a shift, and at the end, poof, release and you're done!

It fits like customized glove on my sink and works very well. Hope it will stay there for long time. Highly recommend it for three sink system

the Regency Twist Handle Waste Valve - 3 1/2" Sink Opening hold a great seal on our prep sink along with our three compartment sink.

This was surprisingly heavy and solidly constructed for the price paid! It was a bit difficult to install it in the sink tightly, because there are only two very shallow notches in the rim of the upper part of the assembly to hold it in place when screwing on the base. Also, I replaced 2 standard basket drains with these in our 2-bay sink, but had 1 1/2 inch plumbing to fit these too, which have 2" threads. I didn't realize an adapter would be hard to come by - some of the pricier drain assemblies include a 2" to 1 1/2" adapter, but these didn't, and I could not locate such an item on this site (did find such an adapter on other sites, for a high price plus shipping!). Instead I fabricated an adapter with a few plumbing pieces, got the job done but more work than I anticipated.

A Word To The WIse: The stopper head gasket on one of the Regency Valves we installed on a 3 compartment sink lasted exactly 90 days. Item worked fine until this small but crucial component failed. Webstaurant does not have a replacement gasket nor will recommend a source for a replacement. It appears Regency does not offer a replacement either.

worked great until they broke from erosion. i had 4 and one by one they all broke. the last one broke this week and i have to buy more now only after 2.5 years of use.

Bought 6 of theses, and all have the same problem, t handle gets stuck, and removing the handle the treads is falling apart so i can not reinstall.

I have had 2 of these drain valves now for almost 10 years in my home brewery and they have performed very well. I have taken them apart multiple times to clean them and have had no issues with them sealing.

This is a terrible product. The inside stopper, corroded and fell apart in less than 3 months. Nothing going down the drain but sanitizer, dish soap, and water. Wish I could return them!!! Don't purchase!!!

Worked great and price is good !

Bought this 4 months ago and it has already stripped out at the handle. Leaks and required to order a new handle hoping the stripped threads are only in the handle and not in the valve. Poor quality expected to last years...
