These sunflower seeds are outstanding quality, but I try not to buy them because of the higher price. They are fine sunflower seeds, and they are shipped/delivered promptly. As for damage, that's the problem with the carrier---it seems the heavier the item---the More they seem to slam it around, unfortunately. I've never worked for delivery services but it seems the heavier mail suffers from much more abuse, than the lighter stuff. You really can't "hurt" sunflower seeds, but it is disheartening to receive a box on the porch that's all criss-crossed with TAPE b/c the package got damaged & they had to sew it up.

These sunflower seeds are so clean and fresh. I use them for everything...salads, desserts, and eating them plain. I even give some to birds & squirrels. We all love them. Plus, they have the fastest shipping out there! You can't go wrong with this product from this store!

I use these as part of my recipe for making granola. We have a large family, and I was excited to buy a package in bulk and save money. I was especially delighted when the box came in because there were more sunflower seeds than what I had expected upon purchase even though it was the size I had ordered, I just didn't picture it to be that many.

I think this is an amazing value for the quantity. The kernels are fresh and a nice size. I can't imagine getting this for a better price elsewhere.

Good raw sunflower seeds at a great price! The best pricing for this item online and it comes from the USA! I put these in granola and use as a topper for yogurt and salads. They taste great out of hand, too, and in combination w/raisins and peanuts. Wonderful for baking. An outstanding protein source, giving 7 gm protein per 1/4 cup. If consumed w/dairy, the protein profile is as complete as if you were eating meat, supplying all essential amino acids. For vegans, vegetarians and meat-eaters alike, you can't do better.

The seeds are good quality and very reasonably priced. We use them in bird feeders, and the birds really love them. We tried a few in a salad before giving them over to the birds, and they were good that way, too, obviously.

The regal foods 25 pound raw sunflower seeds are great for our ball park. We scoop them out into our bags and the fans love them. A true American classic ballpark snack.

I roast my own sunflower seeds and put them on salads and in my quinoa. These are raw which is wonderful cause they aren’t easy to find without salt or flavoring. You can do whatever you want with them.
