You should be able to give a zero star rating. Where to start, order was picked up courier/shipping company with a history of poor service--read the google reviews for CDL/Last Mile. Spent half a day between online chats and numerous phone calls trying to track 25 lbs. of almonds. No very helpful when your company's tracking system and the courier's tracking systems can't communicate. Also I would suggest to your suppliers to used easy to read best by dating information--now I'm waiting for Blue Diamond Growers to get back to me with how to decipher the coding. Next time will order from another retailer.
