Didn’t like the ratio of ingredients that is in this blend- the taste was off - would not recommend- perhaps get your own herbs and make your own blend before buying

Healthy herb mix has lots of benefits health wise, however you almost have to grind the spices as the larger bits do end up being sharp or stick like in some foods unless you cook them a long time.
