Built to withstand rugged commercial use, this unit chops lettuce quickly and easily, allowing you to prepare fresh greens for salads, sandwiches, garnishes, and other tasty dishes. As part of the Saber King fruit and vegetable slicing system, this chassis and lettuce chopper blade assembly allows you to create consistently accurate and smooth chops. Also, with a 16" by 16" footprint, it occupies very little counter space. This assembly should only be used to chop lettuce, as other food products may damage the blade assembly.

Efficient Lettuce Chopping
When the lettuce chopper blade assembly is attached to the Saber King chassis, the blades are placed within the platform and are easily locked and secured in place. Because an entire head of lettuce can be chopped at once, your employees can rapidly process a high volume of product so they're not wasting valuable time chopping up lettuce by hand during your busiest hours. Each chop is 1" x 2", which is the perfect size for house and specialty salads.
Paramount Safety
Because safety is paramount, the Saber King features special blade covers that ensure that the sharp blades don't injure the operator or other members of your staff. Plus, the operator must use both hands to slice and cut, meaning that accidental bumps into the unit won't place your staff in danger.
