????? Highly Recommend — What a Time Saver! I highly recommend this lettuce chopper! In a busy restaurant, anything that saves time while keeping things consistent is a winner, and this little machine does exactly that. We go through a lot of lettuce, and the Choice 1/2" x 1/2" Lettuce Chopper makes prep so much faster and easier. The pieces come out nice and uniform, and it saves us from standing there chopping lettuce by hand over and over again. I only wish I had discovered tools like this when I first started my restaurant! ??
