With this floor pizza oven, you can increase your output without giving up half the kitchen! Powered by liquid propane, this deck oven features a high-range 300 degrees - 650 degrees F thermostat. It's equipped with an energy-saving Power Pak burner and baffle system that provides 120,000 BTU total for consistent performance and quick recovery time. Its unique interior design allows for better distribution of heat and baking ability. This unit has two gas connections.

This pizza oven is a compact 50" wide, includes 17" adjustable legs, and air-conditioned controls that are located on the front of the unit below the deck to save space. Made with steel sides and top, aluminized steel interior, and stainless steel doors, it features a double-deck design so your staff can cook a variety of different pizzas or products at once!
