It features a temperature range of 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and is powered by an 11 kW heater and built-in convection fan. The fan circulates the heat throughout the cooking chamber for even distribution. The fan is also adjustable between 2 modes, cook and cool down, and 2 speeds, high and low. This gives you control over the oven's functioning so that it's always operating in the best manner for your tried-and-true or experimental recipes!

The interior of the oven is made with porcelain sides and floor for easy cleaning. It also includes 3 adjustable wire racks, which can be moved into 11 different positions to best suit your menu. Two independent glass doors feature Bakelite handles to provide comfortable heat resistance and to provide visibility while closed. This gives you the ability to check on dishes without releasing hot air and reducing the chamber temperature. This particular oven requires a 240V electrical connection for operation.

    breaker oven bakery internally ovens party Webstaurant's buy MONTH products
    Sadly, I must strongly suggest that you avoid buying this oven. It's been a nightmare ever since we got it a month ago. After we had it hardwired to our breaker box and fired it up for the first time, it ran for about 5 hours then "CLICK" and shut off. Long story short there is an internal circuit breaker for the control panel that would randomly trip and shut the unit down, over and over again. The solution is to take of the side and manually reset it, and everytime it flips you lose whatever you are baking. My baker (very experienced with commercial ovens) also said it's unbelievably finicky, runs way too hot, and she basically has a special procedure written that is typically set 50-75 degrees cooler to get the thermometers inside to accurate temp. As soon as it leaves webstaurant, you have to deal with 3rd party warranty services, and the one in my area has been horrible. A technician came and verified that the breaker internally was bad and we have been waiting A MONTH for this little $1 part to appear. Meanwhile, Webstaurant's policy makes it impossible for me to return the item. We are a production bakery moving hundreds of items a day and this oven has made it next to impossible to get consistent products to my customers. Will never buy CPG products again, this is the worst oven I've ever used. Don't buy it! Read Less Read More
