This Hobart LXeR-2 Advansys hot water sanitizing dishwasher provides you with superior efficiency and a host of convenient, automated features in a compact, undercounter footprint! This dishwasher can handle up to 30 racks per hour using only 0.62 gallons of water per rack, and its energy recovery technology uses recycled steam heat to preheat cold inlet water for additional energy savings. For efficient operation and easy cleaning, it also features a deluxe soil management system with removable stainless steel scrap screen and secondary fine strainer.

This hot water sanitizing unit features energy recover technology that recycles steam heat to preheat cold inlet water, saving energy and reducing the amount of steam at the end of a cycle. This unit includes 1 peg type rack and 1 combination rack to help you start washing as soon as your unit arrives. This dish machine also includes an electric Sense-A-Temp booster heater and detergent, rinse aid, and delimer pumps. Plus, with advanced diagnostics, this machine will alert you with audible and visual alarms when the chemicals are getting low, when the scrap screen needs to be cleaned, or when one of the wash arms is clogged.

This unit features three wash cycles. The light load cycle can handle up to 30 racks per hour while the normal load cycle washes up to 24 racks per hour and the heavy load washes 13 racks per hour. In addition, this unit has an automated deliming cycle that will help to keep your dish machine running at its best. During every cycle, the snap-in revolving upper and lower rinse arms and the anti-clogging wash arms power dishes clean for a sparkling result every time. This unit requires a 120 / 208-240V electrical connection.
