    hot longer banquet Excellent Everything event easily door cooked completely
    I was pleasantly surprised with how hot this carrier stayed. I preheated it with just hot water in a pan before using then loaded my trays from the oven straight in. Everything stayed hot for well over 5 hours. That's as long as my event was so I can't say how much longer than that it would have held. The only issue I have is the door actually does not seal completely even with the ring in place. Even so it still holds the heat so I'm happy with it.

    These are great for transporting hot food for a banquet!!! Good for holding freshly cooked lobsters!!! Excellent for storing raw bar ingredients for a banquet, stores easily under buffet tables!!!
