Ok why buy this over the Hobart and it's not just price. The number one reason, it can be worked on. Hobarts are designed to be proprietary, these operate in harsh, high temp environments with moving parts. Overtime, part ware out, break, some kind of failure. You are almost forced to have a Hobart tech come out and repair it at Hobart prices. Moyer Diebel are simple machines and if a part wear out, the average tech can repair it. I have a Hobart high temp under the counter in a brewery and it already leaks.

This high temperature, energy efficient dishwasher is designed to keep your dish room productive and efficient, able to tackle up to 27 racks per hour on a 120 second cycle. A built-in booster raises incoming water temperature 70 degrees Fahrenheit, so a final rinse of 180 degrees Fahrenheit is achieved.
It boasts a 14 1/2" high door opening to allow easy loading and unloading and comes with plenty of smart design features to help you spend more time helping customers and less time doing the dishes. For example, its Fill Sentry functionality monitors incoming water pressure to make sure of proper fill level and rinsing performance, while the Rinse Sentry feature extends the rinse cycle to ensure the final rinse is at 180 degrees Fahrenheit to meet health code standards. Plus, the Drain Sentry function ensures that the machine is draining properly. A counter-balanced, double skin door makes for an overall quieter operation. A 208-240V electrical connection is required for operation of this unit.
