Perfect for transport and storage applications, this Cres Cor 109-1840 end load enclosed insulated bun / sheet pan rack is a reliable and durable unit that's sure to benefit your operation. Made of hi-tensile, non-corrosive aluminum, the cabinet features an insulated design to best maintain interior temperatures and to provide the proper environment for your baked goods or fresh ingredients. Its sidewalls feature built-in pan slides on 1 1/2" centers and accommodate plastic, full size food boxes or up to 40 full size sheet pans. This allows you to move a wide assortment of food products from to place to place with ease!
Designed with transport in mind, the unit includes several special features to promote easy and safe maneuvering. For instance, the reinforced door is outfitted with a gravity type latch, which ensures that the door is secured during transport. For added convenience, the door can also be pushed open and latched to the side of the cabinet, allowing full access to the interior for any lengthy storage or removal process. Pan stops are attached to the door's interior too, promoting proper air flow at all times within the cabinet. The entire unit is set on a set of 4 heavy-duty 5" casters, the front 2 equipped with brakes.
