Do not buy this unit. I bought 2 units in 2021 and 2019 for 2 shops. Both units failed within 18-24 months. and It cant be fixed, I have to buy 2 new different units.

We have bought several of these for our kitchens, meeting rooms, and cafes. We enjoy having hot coffee and hot water for our tea and cocoa users fast. We installed them 6 years ago and have not had any issues.
Great machine works like there is no tomorow. Coffee comes out great!
I got carried away by the image, I didn't check the specifications and it turned out to be of lower capacity than I needed.
This is a nice coffee maker. It brews a nice amount of coffee. The coffee maker is connected directly to the water line, which is very convenient. In addition, the presets on the coffee maker are very helpful - making coffee is a breeze.
