Be aware of cheap material. The sliding door keeps falling off. The four nipples used for sliding through the channels are made of cheap short plastic that rub off and plastic shavings fall into the ice bin.

Terribly disappointed. This is the only machine had issues since I opened the resturant. It's turned fault all the time not making ice. I've asked people to fix it and spend a lot. Now it's not working again, only 3month. Terrible brand. Never purchase this brand again.

Cheaply made! The door fell off the tracks and we cannot get it to go back. It does not allow you take of the front face to place door from the back side either. We now have a machine we just purchased but cannot use!

We purchased this product 13 months ago and it now does not turn on. It was fairly decent at producing ice, though the ice was always more hollow than I would have preferred.

Great ice machine, very efficient and high production for its size. Super easy to set up, we had ice in less than an hour of taking it out the box.

Terribly disappointed with it's production but more so with it's storage. We're not a big operation and this this is not even close to keeping up. Genuinely concerned about the summer. Now I need to buy a different one and try sell this thing online for a loss.

My machine whowed up dead on arrival. Had a professional plumber unpack it and install along with the filter and plumb the drain to a wastewater line outside. It just runs and runs but never feezes. Just blows hot air and drains hot warm water. I'e tried all of the troubleshooting possibilities. I've now been informed that it is simply defective and that is common with this cheap brand. Nothing I can do about it. I have a nice looking ice machine installed behind my bar just sitting there. $ down the drain. I had similar problems with an Advantco stainless refrigerator. All junk. Spend omre money on better brands. Now I know. I'll spend $ on my next one. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND.

This ice machine is very very slow making ices. On the weekend we always have to buy some extra ice from the supermarket . Not recommending this ice machine , please be aware

Four years in and it still pumps out great ice productions. I do have a filter to the water inlet

We have been using this machine for a week the first couple days it was making big chunks of ice. Now the ice tray is a big sheet of ice so it’s completely blocked and not making any ice. Now we’re having to buy bags of ice to put in of the brand new ice machine. Very disappointing.disappointing.

The door on this keeps falling off. We messed around with it for a long time, constantly putting it back in to place, but now it won't do that an . The plastic pieces' that were on the posts have worn off. Now we have black shavings on the ice from the plastic tracks. We spent good money on it and now it is worthless because the door doesn't work. This was a problem from almost as soon as we got it.

Junk, broke after 90 days of use. Manu will not stand behind it. Do not buy!

This machine started out well but now it can barely keep up, The ice is thin and we constantly have to run to the store to get ice to fill it up. We change out the filters frequently.

This machine has never made as much ice as it says it makes. We have a moderately busy cafe and run out of ice by 10am most mornings. The bin is never more than half full. Huge waste of money. We end up buying 20lb bags of ice and 80lbs can last a day... so this thing isn't even making half of what it says. So disappointed. Feel scammed. Only reason I don't give it 1 star is that its at least producing something.

Too Cheap construction Material

DO NOT buy this junk. this bin does not make close to 300lbs per 24 hours, struggles to keep the bin even 1/3 to the "bin full" switch. at 1 year it started having issues (right after the warranty was up) the machine wont drop ice and bricks up, tech support says this is the only time they heard of it. but both machines did it around the same time. we had them serviced every month by our techs and cleaned every month. at 1 year 6 month the lid split in two. we called about it since it was obviously a design flaw. they said yes, they updated the lid, but it isnt covered- they knew about an issue, fixed it, but wont replace it when it fails. not a great company to work with. i wish i would have bit the bullet and got a manitwoc or hoshizaki from the get go- we keep having to buy ice just to stay open. do not recommend

Don't even bother with this item. i will work ok for about 6-8 months then it will start messing up. i paid extra for warrantee its useless . hard to communicate with the warrantee department no place to register or even log in.

This item is horrible. It does not make 30 pounds a day of ice and whatever ice you get from it is really thin and dissolve quickly. Ours is a year old and no more guarantee and no one can fix it.

Absolutely Junk! I am now out of warranty, I guess as soon as I started having a problem instead of contacting a technician I should have called Avantco for it to get fixed under warranty. I have spent a lot of money buying bags of ice in the past couple of months because this machine can not produce ice fast or keep up, even on a slow day. save your money and look elsewhere.
