Made with a heavy-duty stainless steel vat, this rugged design is reliable for around-the-clock operation and can be cleaned easily. For further convenience, the device is supported by 4 heavy-duty casters, 2 of which are locking, for cleaning around the device when not in use. It comes with 2 full vats that hold up to 65 lb. each for 130 lb. total capacity and can hold 2 half baskets each (sold separately). This fryer also features an auto-lift function with easy set-and-release that automatically raises the basket when cooking is complete, promoting perfect results while increasing productivity in lightly staffed operations. It features 2 lifters per well that are programmed to operate half baskets together or separately at the touch of a button.

This fryer has efficient heating elements that recover temperatures quickly. Below the heating elements are a cold zone and a built-in oil filtration system that extends oil life. The built-in filtration system pumps oil through system filters and returns it to the vat, which means your staff won't have to break workflow to handle hot oil. By remaining energy efficient and extending oil life, this device offers extreme saving potential for your operation.

Integrated with advanced software, the Computron 8000 offers an easy-to-control interface to streamline the cooking process no matter the product. To make frying easier, the software stores up to 10 programmable cooking options as well as portion controls and filtering options. An LED display on the front of the device features a 16-character digital display with multiple language settings and shows both time and temperature. It also remembers the last cook setting if you need to immediately do it again. This device requires a 120V connection to operate.
