Bought a year before we needed the dishwasher so it sat boxed, uninstalled, in our climate controlled building for over a year. Once installed it seemed to work good for a year. Then the heating started to get wonky. Now the heat doesn’t work at all. It’s been used for 2ish years (but out of warranty because we bought 3+years ago). We use it in a very small pub (20 bar stools total) so it’s not used constantly. It is cleaned regularly on a schedule, turned off between uses, there is no excuse for it to just quit working. Trying to get the issue resolved is proving to be impossible as no one seems to sell the parts for this equipment!! I would advise to not buy this brand, unless they can figure out how to service or at least supply parts for service. I wouldn’t buy again.
