Works ok. We mounted this to a wall instead of a table. Requires quite a bit of pressure on whatever product you're cutting to get a decent size ribbon.

Such a fun addition to my business. Everyone loves the ribbon fries it makes it have a fair style food. I did take the crank off of it and put a drill bit on the back. I would definitely recommend doing that to make it easier!
