We bought one of these years ago and it has done well for us. Unfortunately after doing 150 pouns of potoatos per week, 5 dasy a week, it took it's last breath. We just bought another one or more this time, same machine. It arrived wiht missing parts and could not be used until we called the company, They replied and send us new parts but the screws were too small and whould not keep the safety bar in place. We couldn't return the product because it had already been used and they wanted us to fix it ourselves. We bought all new parts ot make it work but paying for a machine that we had to make work ourselves was not what we apid for. Also, we had to pay someone to repair it for us.
