Product is fantastic for our pizzeria. We slice about 10 pounds of roma tomatoes every day and this product cuts labor down while giving perfect cuts and preventing accidents with knives. The slicer came already assembled and is super easy to clean. It is also able to slice Green Peppers, Cucumbers, and a few other things we've tried reasonably well. Only regret is no purchasing one sooner.
