Frequently Asked Questions From Customers

How can I ensure clean, even cuts from my tomato slicer?
Use a socket wrench to make sure the hex screws on your unit are properly tightened to adjust the blade tension and produce consistent slices. Also make sure your blades are properly positioned with the sharp sides of the blades facing the pusher assembly.
As a part of the routine maintenance for your slicer, apply Petrol-Gel Food Grade Sanitary Lubricant along the tracks of the cutting board to allow for easy movement of the push assembly.

7/32" Slice

I could not advise against this slicer enough. I bought it about 3 months ago and have already went thru 4 sets of broken blades. I bought 1 extra set after the 1st one broke and they replaced that one and the original once each. We only slice about a case a week of tomatoes and it breaks every 4th or 5th use. I have been using similar machines for 20+ years and never had a blade break on me. The unit itself seems to be made well enough but the blades are garbage. Its honestly pointless and I will I could get my money back and opt for a better machine. I am on my last blade and when it breaks this thing is going in the trash because I can't buy a new blade every 2 weeks. Honestly I cant believe they would continue to sell this slicer.
