Excellent dough boxes! Last a very long time. They mostly wear out at the edges. You can fit 8 - 16 oz doughs and 6 - 24 oz doughs in one box.
By far the best trays on the market. Our trays after many years of usage or showing signs of aging so we decided to replace them all with brand new one. Price point is great and a gray color works just fine. They are very solid. Webstaurant delivery service and customer service is amazing.
