Designed to quickly move dough boxes from your refrigerator to serving line or proofing box, this dolly is fitted with four 5" diameter swivel wheels for smooth, effortless rolling at all times. Its durable fiberglass construction ensures long-lasting use, in addition to a smooth surface that is easy to wipe down and clean. This dolly is designed for use with 18" x 26" proofing boxes (sold separately).
With raised edges that match compatible dough proofing boxes, it is guaranteed to securely hold the box as it rolls across your floor. Plus, its compact, space-saving design allows the dolly to be kept under prep tables or stacked in storage areas when not in use.
