This convenient and highly efficient unit can roast a whole pig with a live weight of up to 250 lb. quickly and easily! It does not require turning the meat or adding extra charcoal, making it great for beginners. This roaster is versatile and can roast anything in a low and slow manner of roasting. It is extremely spacious and can roast up to 30-35 pork butts using the second-tier grate. This roaster is wood- or charcoal-fired. To use this roaster, add approximately 100 lb. of charcoal to cook a 250 lb. live-weight pig at a temperature of 300 degrees.

This roaster sports a cooking grate that is constructed with high-quality T304 stainless steel. This material is durable, food-grade, rust-resistant, and extremely easy to clean! The 58" x 24" grate and 58" x 22" second-tier grate add an impressive amount of cooking space. This unit also includes a stainless steel thermometer that is calibratable and built into the lid. It boasts excellent cooking control, as top and bottom dampers and a removable charcoal vent allow the temperature to be controlled with ease. The slanted drip pan allows grease to be drained to the outside of the unit using a drip tube. The body of the grill is made with 13-gauge welded steel that sports a matte black finish that is sleek and heat-resistant. This versatile box smoker is welded onto a sturdy trailer. It sports a 2" ball hitch and comes with safety chains for convenient transport. The wheel jack is heavy-duty, while the rubber torsion axles and tires are entirely road-worthy. This extremely mobile unit has reflector strips, DOT-compliant flush-mount LED lights, and a VIN plate, allowing you to get out on the road with minimal extra effort. This roaster is perfect for commercial catering applications!
