This convenient and highly efficient unit can roast a whole pig with a live weight of up to 125 lb. quickly and easily! It does not require turning the meat, making it great for beginners. This roaster is versatile and can roast anything in a low and slow manner of roasting. It is extremely spacious and can roast up to 20 pork butts or 24 whole chickens. This roaster is gas-fired. A 30 lb. tank will support approximately 15 hours of cooking at a temperature of about 300 degrees.

This roaster sports a cooking grate that is constructed with high-quality T304 stainless steel. This material is durable, food-grade, rust-resistant, and extremely easy to clean! The 41" x 20" grate adds an impressive amount of cooking space. This unit also includes a stainless steel thermometer that is calibratable and built into the lid. It sports a 1" pipe burner and a gas safety valve with a pilot. The slanted drip pan allows grease to be drained to the outside of the unit using a drip tube. The body of the grill is made with 13-gauge welded steel that sports a matte black finish that is sleek and heat-resistant. A versatile unit, this roaster has two 13" tires that give it great mobility. This roaster is perfect for commercial catering applications!
