A fair mixer if money is tight, otherwise, buy a more expensive mixer. It arrived damaged. I will say, they were quick to send a replacement. However, it is very obvious this is a lower quality mixer. It cannot handle soft cookie dough or frosting without stalling. I must still use my smaller mixer for that. Not very happy with this mixer. I have a small bakery that is growing. I doubt this mixer will last long. Paying this much money for a cheap mixer is not ideal. Hopefully it holds out until I can purchase a different brand of better quality.

So far, so good! Bought this in October for my cookie shop. Allows me to do 4 batches at a time and really saves me time. Not nearly as loud as my KitchenAid stand mixer, so that is a plus! There have been no issues, just user—forgot to close the guard and spent 15 minutes trying to figure out why it wouldn’t turn on lol! Thinking of buying the 10 Quart too...

Bought this mixer and it broke down in 8 months. Apparently the warranty is only 6 months and doesn't cover the repair so we lost $. STAY AWAY.

This is a great mixer. We pored over the internet trying to find a mixer for whipping up our product, and this definitely does the job. It isn't going to be quite as heavy-duty as some of the more expensive brands, but the whisk and bowl are heavy duty stainless steel, and the mixer is solid. I wouldn't recommend it for pizza dough or other heavy doughs, but for fast whipping and mixing batters, absolutely it is solid.

Great for casual use. It does shake the table its one we had to zip tie them to other items so it would bounce. Great for cookies and anything whipped.
