This 541026061004 stainless steel chimney cover is a direct replacement for the part that came standard on your equipment. Use it to replace a broken one quickly and easily. It rests on top of the back of the fryer cabinet to vent heat and fumes upwards towards your hood vent. It also has two attached basket rails to easily hang fryer baskets.
This part is designed for use with select units in the Avantco Equipment F3, F4, FF300, FF40, FF400, and FF50 series, as well as MainStreet Equipment 541FF40L, 541FF40N, 541FF50L, and 541FF50N series units.
