These are the woods that i use for my skillets. They are perfectly sized for all 10 inch skillets. And the handle additions makes it less likely for my servers to burn themselves. Very durable, and super easy to clean.

These are exactly the same high quality wood platters I've been served at fine steakhouses! I am so glad I ordered them, paired with the cast iron lodge oval skillets. They make for a wonderful presentation on the table as well as protection between the sizzling skillet and table (or hands!). The wood grain is so beautiful and different on each of the 4 platters I ordered. They seem to get better with time, especially if a little grease ends up on them, inevitably. It seems to season the wood nicely. Highly recommend!
