This was the 2nd time I've ordered this chair and although the quality is good, I had an issue with the shipping both times. The 1st order was for just 1 chair, and it was delivered in 3 separate shipments. The frame, the cushion and then the screws to secure the cushions. The 2nd shipment was for 10 chairs and although the frames and cushions were delivered together, there were no screws sent.
