Superior Temperature Maintenance
This high performance, energy-efficient walk-in freezer is equipped with a top-mounted, 3/4 hp refrigeration system that fits flush to the interior cavity, allowing you to utilize 100% of the freezer's interior space. This system runs on R-404A refrigerant and maintains a low temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit to keep your perishable inventory and prepped food at the prime frozen temperature. A hot gas condensate evaporator works to reduce excess moisture to keep the overall temperature down. The freezer panels are lined with 4" thick CFC-free urethane insulation that ensures it operates efficiently and maintains consistent temperatures and also adds to the unit's overall structural integrity.
Aluminum Floor
The unit's smooth, 1/8" thick aluminum floor adds additional insulation, helping to keep the freezer free of condensate formation. This is particularly important for users who are not able to place the freezer on a ground level concrete floor. The aluminum floor panels can withstand an evenly distributed weight load of up to 700 lb. per sq. ft. Additionally, coved corners help make cleaning a breeze.
Posi-Loc Fastening System
The walk-in freezer features a Posi-Loc fastening system consisting of panel fasteners and magnetic gaskets that ensure an airtight enclosure for optimal performance and energy efficiency. A built-in interior safety release keeps users safe by preventing accidental entrapment.
Adjustable Hinges
Adjustable hinges offer you a smart long-term investment to ensure proper performance down the road. Though simple, this convenient feature ensures that have the ability to maintain proper contact between the freezer door and front panel. As time goes on, buildings and floors shift (especially new ones). This may cause your walk-in freezer door to sag and leak expensive cooling. These adjustable hinges provide an excellent way to prevent future leaks.
