We use these bowls everyday in our shop to make frosting. After a year they are showing very little wear. These bowls go with the 5 qt mixer which is a great starter size mixer for a new business.

The 5 qt. Mixing bowl from kitchen aid fits their artisan mixers perfectly. I don’t like the handle as much as the J handle on the 8qt mixers but that’s just a matter of preference and doesn’t affect performance.
The bowls were delivered on time and fit my machines perfectly. The finish on the bowls are polished well which is a plus since my mixers are displayed where customers can see them. Most importantly, after much research I'm pretty sure webstaurant had the best price.
Purchased several of these to use with out stand mixer. Works well, easy to clean, they seem to be a tighter fit on our machine and more difficult to pop in, but might just need time to loosen up.

A nice, roomy bowl for small-batch production. I can get three full loaves of bread out of this size, or a big batch of cookies. The handle makes it easy to move around.
