KitchenAid KSMC7QFB NSF Flat Beater for Commercial Stand Mixers

Works perfectly in my pro 600 mixer. Durable and very easy to clean. I've been very happy with this flat beater and have used it a ton!

This beater is really good for thick batters, doesn’t make a mess when beating the ingredients and it mixes everything thoroughly to make nice and even batter!

Love, love, love that this attachment is dishwasher safe; this alone was a selling point for me, on the mixer and to buy extra attachments, as I despise handwashing dishes.

I have the kitchen aid commercial 8 qt mixer and this is the attachment that I use with it. It is a huge plus that it’s stainless steel and not a coated metal like lower end models of the same style. It’s great that I can throw this in the sink or dishwasher and not have to worry about any coating chipping off, and it cleans up just like new every time.

Simply put, I couldn’t work without the flat beater for the KitchenAid commercial stand mixer. I have two, and they’re constantly in use. Whether I’m making cookie dough, fillings, icing, cake batter, or a number of other pastry formulas, it’s my go-to attachment. It reaches the sides and bottom of the bowl fairly well, though scraping is still necessary. Definite must have! I have two and could definitely use another.

This is so much better than the standard enameled or aluminum attachments! I have had mine for over a year now and it works great. Being able to put through the dishwasher is a huge plus.

I love this paddle attachment. I use it with my commercial kitchen aid mixer and it plows through dough with ease. I also love that it can just be ran through the dishwasher for easy cleanup. And it never rusts!

Great paddle. I still have the original one that came with my mixer plus this spare. When recipes call for the whisk I tend to use this instead as it hits the sides better. Very durable.

The Kitchenaid flat beater for the commercial mixer is a very heavy and quality item. Of course it is essential to baking but, because of weight, it truly mixes your dough perfectly.

I can't say enough great things about this paddle attachment. It makes light work of mixing large batches of batter and it is dishwasher safe which makes cleaning easy as pie.

This is such a nice attachment. Typically for buttercream I would use a whip attachment but I found that using this paddle my buttercream had an ideal texture.

Perfect! Best price I've seen and these paddles are holding up well. Using them in an 8qt Kitchenaid. Have run them through the dishwasher tons of times and they are still a nice bright silver.

This does the job. It's nice and heavy, and with no paint on the outside, you're not worried about it chipping into your food. Excellent paddle.

Fantastic - goes right into the dishwasher, unlike the coated one that came with the mixer. I took that one out of rotation and got a few of these instead. They're perfect.

Perfect size, and great quality. We had to upgrade from the aluminum version that we had. This one is much better for restaurant use. Stainless steel is the way to go.

Very strong construction. Polished surface makes it very easy to clean. Love using it to make high hydration (78% +) baguette dough, it does a wonderful job.

These beaters are amazing and are powerhouses in the kitchen. Our mixer gets a daily workout and these have been reliable for us for over a year.

This paddle easily slides on and off of our commercial stand mixer. We have had our beater for over 2 years and it shows little wear and tear. It washes easily and takes minimal storage space as it can be hung up next to the mixer.

The best flat beater from kitchenAid yet! It's a much stronger construction and built to last. It does not have the feel of the others we have used that feel like they could crack at any moment.

When we bought our KitchenAid mixer we also bought all the attachments and those could have been some of the best purchases we've ever made! This one in particular is universal and is made out of very durable aluminum. Highly recommend!!
