It features a range of -40 to 125 degrees Fahrenheit or -40 to 52 degrees Celsius with an accuracy of +/- 2 degrees Fahrenheit. For easy operation, this thermometer boasts a user-friendly 3 button interface and a digital display.

This unit promotes superior food safety with multiple alarms to prevent product loss. This includes a visual and audio temperature alarm to protect against spoilage, along with a door ajar alarm to save energy and improve efficiency. The AC failure alarm also protects against product loss, and it triggers the built-in battery back-up to maintain operation of the unit while the issue is addressed. Plus, this unit has manual and automatic panic alarms to keep operators safe.
