It features a range of -40 to 125 degrees Fahrenheit or -40 to 52 degrees Celsius with an accuracy of +/- 2 degrees Fahrenheit. For easy operation, this thermometer boasts a user-friendly touch screen platform.

This unit promotes superior food safety with multiple alarms to prevent product loss. This includes a visual and audio temperature alarm to protect against spoilage, along with a door ajar alarm to save energy and improve efficiency. The AC failure alarm also protects against product loss, and it triggers the built-in battery back-up to maintain operation of the unit while the issue is addressed. Plus, this unit has programmable maintenance alerts.

Ideal for commercial kitchens, this unit can be surface mounted onto virtually any refrigerator or freezer wall.
