Details
When it comes to quality, can you really afford to compromise? When you choose Jade Leaf organic matcha green tea with toasted rice pyramid sachets, you'll be serving authentic, high-quality beverages that are sure to impress your customers! Many matcha green tea blends available today are made with late-harvest, low-quality matcha, or even try to pass off other tea varieties as authentic matcha. When you select these Jade Leaf sachets, you can rest assured that you're preparing products with the finest artisanal ingredients. This product is made with Genmaicha, a blend of first flush whole leaf sencha tea and toasted brown rice. This green tea is expertly blended with Jade Leaf's signature first-harvest ceremonial-grade matcha of the Okumidori, Kanayamidori, Sayamakaori, Samidori, and Yabukita cultivars; Jade Leaf's product is made with 4 times the amount of matcha powder as competing brands! This artisanal blend of Genmaicha tea and matcha produces prepared tea with a vibrant green color and a unique flavor profile featuring nuttiness, hints of popcorn, and a remarkable sweet umami note. This unique, high-quality product is sure to impress even the most discerning of tea lovers! For versatile preparation options, this product can be prepared hot or cold.
The green tea, rice, and matcha blend is packaged in pyramid sachets that allow for optimal steeping by providing the tea leaves room to expand and flow more freely throughout the water. These plant-based sachets are made without strings or tags to help reduce waste in your establishment and to allow for better preparation of the tea. Preparing this tea is simple! To prepare hot tea, place your sachet in a mug and add 8 fl. oz. of water heated to 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Allow the tea to steep for 1 minute, stir, then remove the sachet from the mug and set aside. The sachet can be reused up to 2 more times for second and third infusions. To prepare cold, add a tea sachet to a cup or bottle (use 1 or 2 more sachets if you prefer a stronger flavor). Add 12 fl. oz. of cold water then stir or shake your container before allowing the tea to steep for at least 10 minutes or up to overnight. You can also reuse sachets for subsequent infusions when brewing cold! These sachets are stored in a resealable pouch with an oxygen absorber to help the tea stay fresh. Each pouch contains 35 tea sachets, keeping your establishment in good supply of this remarkable tea.
When Jade Leaf began in 2014, most companies selling matcha to the US market were either adding an exorbitant luxury markup to their products or trying to pass off cheaply made green tea powders as traditional matcha. Jade Leaf knew they could do better! Representing the Kizuna Tea Collective, a group of small, family-owned Japanese farms, Jade Leaf was founded on the promise to deliver premium quality product at fair market prices. By sourcing their tea directly from artisan partner farms, Jade Leaf is able to offer the highest quality products at the best prices, even providing rare and exceptional products with each harvest. Don't settle for anything less than the best; trust Jade Leaf to supply your establishment with the finest matcha and teas that your discerning customers are sure to love!
