The Imperial Range Pro Series IR-6-G24-CC natural gas 6 burner 60" range with a 24" griddle and 2 convection ovens is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! It offers powerful open top burners, a left side griddle, and a convenient double convection oven base to make the most of every square inch of space.

With its open top burners, this unit allows you to cook multiple products at once. Each 32,000 BTU burner is equipped with exclusive PyroCentric anti-clogging technology and is removable for easier cleaning. The burners feature two rings of flame for quick and even heating, as well as a low-simmer feature for versatility when cooking. Each burner has a standing pilot light for instant ignition and a 100% safety light for peace of mind.

The 24" left-side griddle top has a highly-polished, 3/4" thick steel plate, making it perfect for cooking a variety of foods from pancakes and eggs to grilled cheese and even burgers! The two griddle burners have an output of 20,000 BTU and a heat deflector for each burner to keep the temperature even and consistent. The steel construction also provides the unit with excellent heat retention and quick recovery. Plus, the griddle features a 3" wide grease trough, large removable grease can, and full-width drip tray for easy cleaning.

This unit also features a double 26 1/2" convection oven base for all your baking and warming needs. Each oven comes with 3 chrome racks and has a 30,000 BTU output with a three-position switch. The ignition system is electric for quick and easy heating, and features a convenient countdown timer. A 1/2 hp blower motor in each oven allows the oven to cook products efficiently and evenly while reducing shrinkage, ensuring your food will be cooked to perfection. The fans are also designed to shut off automatically when an oven door is opened, for added safety when loading and unloading food. Each oven has a porcelainized interior for easy cleaning and enhanced heat retention. Standard 18" x 26" sheet pans will fit in each oven in a left-to-right position.

Boasting a stainless steel exterior with welded, polished, stainless steel seams, this unit provides outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment. The large, 3 1/2" landing edge also offers ample space for convenient plating. Since this unit comes with 6" adjustable stainless steel legs, it can accommodate uneven floors. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.
